Antha Karana Shuddhi means an internal instrument. The instrumental causes within us are the four functions of the mind namely Manam, Siddham, Agangaram and Buddhi. 10 senses in internal organs are : Hearing, feeling, seeing, tasting, smelling, speaking, grasping, moving, reproducing and eliminating and the five gases. This detoxification is called as Aga karuvi Shuddhi or internal detoxification. There are many benefits because of this detoxification . Unifying the four functions of the mind, making them one, integrating and organizing what was separate. As a result self-awareness happens and makes us draw all the macro things you need. You can become a self master. Antha karana Shuddhi is much more important than body detoxification and soul detoxification. If we practice Andhakarana Shuddhi properly we will reach a good yogic state which is unimaginable in life. If you have been doing this Andhakarana Shuddhi properly you too can become Buddha. Andakarana Shuddhi - The word Antha karana means inner instrument. In other words, we can say that it is an internal tool that controls the mind that is working inside us in a subtle manner. There are two types namely external instruments and internal instruments. It is an internal instrument. What is an external instrument? We all know them.
