Sri Vidhya Tantra Yoga Kundalini Kriya Meditation

It is the highest of all paths and practiced only by a very few aspirants. It is a practical path. Choosing this path means we can explore three main things that have different ways and methods of awakening Kundalini ie Kaula, Misra, Samaya Tantra, the highest of which is Samaya. That means Samayachara. It is purely yoga without external rituals. It is very systematic and scientific. It is the purest and best method of awakening Kundalini.

The word Samaya means “I am with you” and is the highest of all schools of Shakti worship. Because its philosophy and practice leads to Moksha. This school practices detachment from external objects of pleasure. Skilled yogis who follow this path carefully select their students to awaken the kundalini and guide it to illuminate all the chakras to the abode of Shiva at the crown of the head, Sakhasra. What I am saying here is that Shiva is the inner meaning, take the meaning of life. You should not understand anything here in terms of religion. One of the main practices is to travel up this path or channel the energy. Such an aspirant must learn to evaporate the secretions of the glands in a certain way, creating heat and vaporizing them upwards without wasting the semen. This initiation was common in the Vedic period. But that is rare today
When a student is trained to complete the preliminaries and his meditative state is steady he is led to a higher state. Siddhasana is called accomplished pose. Also knowledge of bandhas and pranayama is given in detail. Advanced Mudras like Kechari and Mahamudra are practiced in this practice.

Raja Yoga and Samaya are very close. But Samaya practices are more formal and subtle than Raja Yoga practices. This path is practiced by very few yogis. The Samayap school is the most advanced in yoga. Bhutha Shakti is very important before undertaking meditation practice to awaken Kundalini. Only after doing Bhutha Shuddhi we should engage in the meditative effort to awaken this Kundalini. How many people know this? Even if you know how many priests are there who are suitable to teach this. This is a purification process. It uses mantra recitation along with pranayama practices. The conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind are completely purified through the Bhutha Sukti Kriya or cleansing practice. The Agna Chakra is the focus point for meditators before they perform antaryaga or inner worship in the Sahasrara. The student experiences unbelievable and indescribable joy. And the mind involuntarily transcends time, space and causes. Such a state is attained by the aspirants of this path and they realize the presence of the union of Shiva and Shakti. That is to assume that they realize the yin yang philosophy. This constant presence leads the student’s mind to a state devoid of the intangible quality of devotion.

The aspirant becomes a divine child. Experiencing eternal existence and experiencing the eternal union of Shiva and Shakti, when Shiva and Shakti unite it is called Paramashiva state. Constant awareness of Shiva and Shakti can be realized in this Sadhana. By attaining this state the practitioner i.e. the student attains liberation. The soul gets liberated. Sri Vidya, Tantric tradition is the oldest of all spiritual traditions. And Samaya is the highest of all tantra schools. The Samayap school is profound. Its Philosophy and Practices The Samayap School practices Srividya. All vidyas explained in Tantric texts are from Sri Vidya, the mother of all vidyas appeared.

Srividya is known to students as the symbol of the Law of Manifestation. Emerging from reality, this original unity moves into expansion by bifurcation. Shiva and Shakti are the latent and active aspects of consciousness living in eternal unity. These two aspects refer to the first and last letters of the alphabet in Sanskrit. So in English, A and H stand for everything in between, like Alpha and Omega. Thus all energies and elements in the universe, from the most subtle to the most gross, are possible within the seed of these sounds. This perfect, peaceful, cosmic evolution called samwit manifests as 36 stages.

The whole world continues to emanate from what is already in Samvit. And it dissolves again into this form. The light principle of this manifestation emanating from the two Bindus, Shiva and Shakti, is called Nada. This whole process of expansion and exhaustion is graphically shown in Sri Enthra. That is, in Sri Chakram. It all dissolves back into this form. All forms evolve from unity to diversity and again to unity. This is the eternal law of the cycle of this universe. This is why in the philosophy of Srividya, these two movements are called dissolution (layakram) and evolution (shrestikaram). And in the Sri Chakra they are depicted by the concentric squares and circles and the overlapping inverted and upright triangles of the Sri Enthra with the Pindu dot. At its core is Samvit Shiva and this union of Shakti is also known as the Divine Mother. The universe emanates from this point in various degrees and qualities.

Sri enthrall travels from the periphery towards the center. Students of Srividya understand both the way of universal manifestation and the way of personal dissolution. They do not get caught in the trap of maya. And they continue to experience the divine play of this cosmic energy. Deeply meditating on this and realizing the presence of the Divine Mother, one chants with Atchamala, Kauramala instead of beads, which encompass all cosmic sounds. This is an auditory representation. This scripture explains that one can study the individual self to analyze and understand the universe. One’s own body, mind and spirit are absorbed into the Sri Entra while the human body is attached to the Sri Entra. Just as one embodies the qualities of one’s mother and father, the nine triangles of the Sri Entra show five inverted and four upright qualities of Shiva and Shakti. The inward spiritual journey mapped out by Sri Enthra describes a progression of nine stages, depicted by its auspicious circles. In Sri Endra, the focal point is like an island. Its vast base is hidden in the ocean of bliss, peace, happiness and wisdom. The physical appearance of life at the time is the center of consciousness that comes to the surface of the human body. It comes from the Ocean of Bliss, is surrounded by it and returns to it. Those who realize this reality have no suffering, ignorance and obstacles. The elements of this island comprise the physical body.

Symbolized by precious gems .When there is no discipline this ocean of bliss is covered. Becomes a dense forest in distress. The island is likened to six seasons and six tastes. They are the properties of food. Just as the growth of trees is affected by the seasons, one’s diet affects one’s emotional life. So if you take the mind as a garden you can beautify it, disorder it and develop one’s thoughts and desires to know the tastes. So dieting and all discipline are based on it. .In internal worship in the religious school the body and mind become calm and the student realizes that Sri Enthra is the self. Thus the nine stages of Sri Enthra are equated to the chakras of the subtle body.
